I.D.A. Voice Connect

We are very proud to have incorporated VoiceConnect into I.D.A. to further increase sales. You can record your own messages and have I.D.A. call leads for you. The messages you record are not through your computer. Through I.D.A. you create a message, and then a few seconds later, our system calls your phone and prompts you to make the recording.

The VoiceConnect system can tell the difference between a live answer and a voicemail system. If a voicemail picks up, the system will leave a message. If a live person picks up, they can transfer to you. You can use VoiceConnect on an individual lead or a large number of leads. You can even set a “concurrent call number”, for mass calling. For example, if you have I.D.A. call 500 leads, you can have the system call one at a time, five at a time, up to hundreds of numbers simultaneously.

While the Plug-in is free to use VoiceConnect you must sign up for a monthly service plan which includes a set number of minutes per month. Also on startup of the VoiceConnect plan there is a start up fee that will be added to your first invoice. VoiceConnect does not require any contract in terms of length but you must notify us if you wish to cancel as your account will automatically billed if we are not notified.
