Here's a short list of all the features of I.D.A.

Automated E-mails

According to our users, this is hands down the best feature of I.D.A. Automated E-mails allows I.D.A. to send out e-mails on your behalf with no interaction from you. And this isn’t some generic e-mail that we created but an e-mail that you wrote and set-up yourself. Imagine you are out on an appointment and you receive a new lead to your email account, I.D.A. sees the new lead, downloads and imports it, then using an e-mail that you setup sends it out. The customer gets the e-mail with-in a couple minutes and e-mails you back asking for an appointment before you even know you have a new lead.

I.D.A. Plug-ins

I.D.A. works by using plug-ins that correspond to the Internet Lead Sources that you use. These plug-ins tell I.D.A. how the lead source sends their emails and how best to get them into I.D.A. These plug-ins lower the upfront cost for I.D.A. due to you not having to pay for lead sources you don’t use while allowing you to customize I.D.A. to fit your needs. Currently we have plug-ins for most of the larger providers but we continue to create new plug-ins. Check out our ever going list of plug-ins here.

Personalized E-mails

Don't like the idea of sending an email "To whom it may concern"? By using I.D.A.'s Personalization fields you can take your regular generic e-mails and make it personal to the customer to whom it is being sent.

Organization

Each agent is different in how they what to be organized. Are we going to discourage that fact and force our organization methods? No. You can set up your own folders for sorting your leads the way you feel is best. Have folders for leads based on what works best for you and moving leads is as simple as clicking and dragging them.

Appointment Calendar

I.D.A. comes with two Calendars that are extremely easy to use. One calendar is for appointments and a second one for requested callbacks. I.D.A. also has appointment reminders, appointment recurrence, and appointment coloring so you can at a glance see what appointments are personal vs. ones requiring travel vs. in-office meetings. And because we know you may need to change an appointment to a different day, you can simply drag the appointment, and the details are all changed automatically.

Works with most E-mail Servers

If your e-mail providers allows you to get your E-mails via POP3 or IMAP then I.D.A. will work for you. Tested with GMail, AOL, Inbox.com, Yahoo! Plus Mail, Comcast.net, Charter.net, RoadRunner, etc... Don't have a POP3 or IMAP E-Mail Provider? Well we can help you get set-up with an AgentMailbox.net email account.

E-mails Templates

E-mail templates allow you to take those generic e-mails that you send out that are scattered all over your computer and place them in one easy to use location that can be easily personalized and used throughout I.D.A. without the need of finding it, copying, pasting, and then personalizing. With E-mail templates you write it once and use it again and again.

Communication History

No more random little notes on pieces of paper. I.D.A. gives you the power to track your phone calls and meetings with your customers. Enter your phone call details and notes so later you have all the details of how that phone call went.

Expense Tracking

Like to track how much a customer cost you in expenses? I.D.A. gives you the power to track mileage and other expenses so you can accurately determine you ROI and help with your taxes.

Reporting

What good is a lead source if you never get a good lead? Using I.D.A.'s simple reports you can easily determine what sources are producing and what ones are worth dropping. Here you can get a real comparison of things such as your total sales from a source; average sale amount per sold lead; number of sold leads; and more. You can sort by columns so you can line by line compare which sources work the best for you.

Ease of Use

I.D.A. was designed to mimic other popular e-mail clients so that it would be easy to learn and easy to understand. Most agents are able to get up and running quickly and comprehend the basics of I.D.A. within the first day or two. After that it is just learning the many features that I.D.A. has to offer.

Conversation Tracking

I.D.A. makes it easy for you to not only document your conversations, but also your emails. If you receive an email, I.D.A. will compare the email address with your contacts. I.D.A. will then automatically add that email to your communication history. Then you can reply directly from I.D.A.

Toss those 3x5 cards

With I.D.A. finding a customer is just a couple clicks away with I.D.A. searching powers. If you have had 50 leads using 3x5 cards, you might be able to sort through them quickly if someone calls you back. But what if you had hundreds? Or thousands of leads? How would you carry them all around? With I.D.A., you can search by first name, last name, email address, phone number, lead source, sold leads, lead number, and zip code. You can even cross search for sold leads in a particular zip code, for example. Searching is almost instant.

Mass E-mailing
