Does I.D.A. need to be running to send out Automated E-mails

Yes. I.D.A. needs to be on to check your e-mail and in turn send out Automated E-mails

Does I.D.A. Require Outlook or insert your email client here

No. I.D.A. does not rely on other e-mail clients to do its job

Why do the e-mails go into my e-mail client but not I.D.A.

Most e-mail clients by default delete the message from the server after they are done downloading the message. If your regular e-mail client deletes the message before I.D.A. sees it then I.D.A. can not import it. Refer to your e-mail clients help to 'Leave the Message on the Server'

Does I.D.A. work on Windows ME?

No. I.D.A.'s database relies on MS SQL Server Compact Edition which is not supported on Windows ME. As I.D.A. can not work without a database this is a show stopper for Windows ME

Does I.D.A. have an auto-dialer?

Simple answer is no. More complex answer is it is on the books for future consideration but that does not mean it will be included at some time. We are currently working on alternative options
